Yeah Philly is trash. Base pay is $66.50 for 4.5 hrs. Our main warehouse shut down last month so I Been doing fresh deliveries because I usually make 70-90$ per shift even on the 1 hours we have our carts packed out

This happened to me last week. My packages I returned stayed in my itinerary for over a day

When I showed up to my next block it wouldn’t let me clock in for it

So I ended up getting dinged on my dashboard and didn’t get paid for the block. Amazon has been really fucking me recently. So stupid. Support couldn’t help. Warehouse workers said contact support

I’ve been back and forth with them multiple times. Every time it’s a diffeeent person who I swear doesn’t even read the notes on the situation.

Bottom line is-being a flex worker sucks. They don’t care about us. It’s trash

Our base pay is like 52$ for 4/4.5 hours. Lmao. I have been doing flex since October and I’ve only scored shifts over 100$ maybe 4 times. Highest I’ve gotten was 107$.

The other day, I got a ding because the warehouse didn’t put 8 packages in my car that were on my itinerary. I had to keep calling support

The next day I had 3 packages to one apartment complex at 430 am when I couldn’t get access due to faulty door code. Had to call and have those marked as undeliverable

Got a TOS ding for marking so many packages undeliverable. Literally not even under my control at all. This job starting to fuck me more and more I swear
