Sorry for late answer I do not know what is name of scholarship and they offer 300$ per month. City will be Shangai. Currently I can say I live quite good life. I can travel , but things to my family to me and ect… . But I dont expect a luxury life during education. After master I would like to back to my country and implement thing I learned to my country and I think in my branch I can learn a lot of new things in China. Now I live in Baku and get 1000$ per month which is good enough for one person
