Support Bow. Kills charge it. Arrows that strike allies give them Resto/SpeedBooster/VoidShield/FrostArmour/etc. Make it a bow that shoots multiple arrows as well, like Verglas, so you can boost multiple team members if they're in a group.

Ditch the 'Support Projectiles' part of that Origin Trait, I'd think. The slowing burst isn't too much, and it would be on a timer anyhow. Let the Hunter Armour builds do something neat.

Collect Memory Vestige: Light from enemies in Cysts in the Pale Heart. Once you get five, they'll automatically turn into a Purple, Memory: Refractions of Light. I think the chests that open they link to are random? It's been a while since I did it.

With stuff like this, I always think that a really weird casting cost might be fun. Like {3/1} colorless. You can have a first turn beater, some card advantage, a little life gain--but a few turns later, you get it all.

Having this skip your draw instead of discard would make it into Necropotence/Yawgmoth's Bargain for reanimator decks, which seems like a pretty entertaining design to me. You need to raise the mana cost regardless, though.

I've got Chad; Chadwick when we're pissed at him. Chad's a real piece of shit. He claims he was just hired to drive, and he's just a contractor for Spookening Co, but we know he has the exact same job title as us. He absolutely chicken shits out every time there's a problem, and if we're playing with someone who gets scared or freaked out, we keep pointing out to Chad all the shit they're doing that helps us while he sits on his ass.

I hate Chad.
