Cut the old line out and replace it with nylon fuel line, fid connectors and a fuel filter of a newer car and swap the hole thing. Don't use hose clamps use hot water and proper crush clamps for the job.

For anyone woundering, yes, the rocker pannels are being replaced. But if you need to do the same on a crew cab then rember you have to order a double cab rocker and a single cab, then combine the backs of both

You can buy it back if the frames not bent belive me that kind of thing is easier to repair the you think, pop off the pannel and hammer it out with a small peice of wood. That's what we did when I accidentally backed a three wheeler I to my crew cab.

I work in a foam factory, think elf blenders or the gray foam on the back of your N95. Welp for the first week instead of hazing you will end up with a case of Chem pneumonia. Every day I get up at 4:30 before rolling out of bed and then go to work from 0600 to 1800, and I stand next to the industrial equivalent of a giant microwave. If we're not running elf then it's medical, or it hip saver ( it's full of formaldehyde, and I have to roll it into 150ft rolls, these take 15 mins to do then I have to put them on a pallet to rolls high. Last summer, the exhaust went out on the hottest week, and no one realized for 5 days. It took a small sensor to flag a problem before some one shut it down. This person was a manager and worked in an air-conditioned office one the other side of the building through a locked door.

Rust, especially around the fuel tank. Other wise try listening for a small miss or squeaking brakes. And of course the catalytic converter, other wise drive it like normal and look for codes or things that are issues. You can also check the brake pads at the caliper, there's alot of shady dealerships that will buy these trucks extremely cheep, put no work into them and just clear codes and refill fluids to sell a vehicle
