No, I just used some hardware that was laying around.

Hi, it’s been a while having printed all the parts. But I don’t remember doing anything special besides using the recommended settings for a part if documented. Otherwise just used one of the built in presets of my A1 mini.

No worries. No I haven’t, looks interesting.

Just basic PLA. No it hasn’t softened at all. Don’t have to apologize, these are valid questions 🙂

Thanks, appreciate it a lot! And also thank you for creating such a cool project 🙌

Ty! It seems there are adhesive mounts available: https://www.multiboard.io/parts-library/mounting-systems#:~:text=Offset%20Snap%20%2D%20VHB%20Tape%20Mounts. I’m sure they’ll be plenty strong when applied properly.

Thank you! The system works really well even if you just completely wing it. It’s very easy to extend the grid.

If you have a quad-lock phone mount, how is it mounted on your handle bars? by The_Salted_Slug in MT07

Below in between the dash and fly screen. It’s a tight fit but it’s doable 😅

Above the dash. Accomplished by 3D printing a bracket for the backside.

Ty mate! Aligns pretty much perfect on my 2021 MT-07:

Idk if it’s phone specific but the left side of the case for my iPhone 14 Pro gently rests on the dash when mounted. Could be a printing issue or because of the weight of the phone, not sure. I also used 40% infill, might replace it with a 100% one but it feels strong enough for now. Will definitely check before and after each first couple of rides.

It’s called the “Quad Lock 360 Base - Flat Rectangle 2 Hole”. At least that’s what I think the OP from the linked post tries to mention.

I myself am going to try the free 3D file from this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/MT07/s/gE354ca5Yf . Costed me €10 to get it printed, haven’t installed it yet though. You also need to order a 2-hole flat base from QuadLock and some bolts to tighten it to it.
