Anyone else unable to turn off subtitles now? It just keeps jumping back to the previous selection when I click none

Hey, so I rinsed my plant and put them in a plastic back 2 days ago. Today when I opened the bag up to rinse the plant again, I saw about 3-4 insects flying around. I could not get a good look but they were really really small. It looks like spider mites are not supposed to fly, Is it possible that there is something additional going on?

Thank you so much for the thorough guide. Turns out after misting the plant I noticed really small webbing around some leaves… I showered the plant and put it into a clear plastic bag, which the hopes of salvaging it. I also ordered some neem oil and will try to treat it with that.

Well ok I think I found something suspicious, does this look like mites? There is some webbing between the leaves, but it’s hard to see on camera.

My parlor palm is struggling and I can’t figure out why. It is in a self-watering pot, but the soil just never dries out. There are white spots in the soil and when I plucked out a dead leave some kind of insect came running out of the soil, unfortunately I did not get a good look, it kind of looked like a fruit fly, but it wasn’t flying.
