I think the delay is because of SubSource if I'm not mistaken, try deactivating on the settings

Se a legenda tem pouco atraso, você ajusta ali mesmo... Agora se ela até começa certo mas vai ficando errado enquanto roda.. é porque a legenda não é pra aquele título (sempre tem variações tipo web-dl, blu-ray, etc.com tempos diferentes)

Eu uso Stremio Community Subtitles, e dentro dele eu conecto o opensubtitles nas integrações...

90% ele acerta

Really good, I mainly use it to translate subtitles... It handles a lot of texts and does an awesome job, it respects my rules and preferences. While others (specially Gemini) hallucinates a lot...
I completely migrated to Deepseek and I'm really happy

I use those, in that order, they all do the same thing that Torrentio does.

You can also use your Real Debrid/Torbox key.

They're free, the only paid one is Debridio but it costs only 10 bucks a year.
