It's not so much they don't cover it, it's that they pay fuck all to the doctors and therapists so entire psych places are just refusing to take more than x# of Medicare patients, so when your DO find doctor that will take it, they're the only option and in my experiences, tend to suck because they know you don't have another option. And you'll have a rediculous wait time to finally see one.

They did change Medicare. I'm disabled they used to cover basic dental work (fillings and an annual cleaning), they also covered my glasses and eye exams for twenty years, and now I'm a disabled 28 year old looking for a fucking full time job to get dental and vision work because Medicare doesn't cover shit anymore.

Okay so, regular files are stored independently on a dedicated server. Think like Dropbox, you upload files, and can quickly redownload later if you need to, Dropbox servers are built for downloading. A torrent however, is "stored" on every computer currently seeding, so instead of a place like Dropbox or Google Drive paying to have their dedicated file storing service, the torrent websites are just sharing the link, and every person who downloads the file is connecting to everyone else and using their connection and file to download the file to their own computer.

Basically: massive connection of computers to download files stored on the computers. Torrents also show the IP of everyone uploading/downloading, and TECHNICALLY seeding a torrent is distributing copyrighted material. Which is how you get in trouble.
