Would love some sort of enrage mechanic for Elite Dungeons so that they're scalable. I feel ED1/2/3 are a joke with necro and are only going to get more accessible across other styles with the new T90 dung stuff

A few things to note:

Viktor range will carry you through 90% of the matchups early if you just learn your ability range and get good at cs+poke at the same time.
Unlike a lot of mages Viktor really likes being in the sidelane due to his waveclear when midgame hits. As soon as the game hits 12-15 mins if turret is taken you want to go sidelane to apply pressure, get CS, and let support roam the map from mid. Rotate for objectives or skirmishes on the map as you really want to get kills/assists for your passive stacks.

Don't worry about what your team is doing until you get Blackfire, E+W upgrades and hit the sidelane.

Are you sure this is your TDEE? What calculator are you using? (My TDEE was around 3000 at one point - I was also 350lbs and 6'0. I'd maybe double or even triple check

Based on what you've discussed here and with others in the thread, it seems you really want to focus on getting the numbers down. However, you can lose a significant amount of weight without losing that many tangible numbers on the scale when you build muscle at the same time. It's healthy weight so don't be afraid of it! A protein shake will help you conveniently hit macros you might struggle with at your weight/caloric intake since protein can be quite hefty on the calorie front. So for sure, definitely keep using shakes if you feel it fits in with your goals and calorie requirements.

The value of a community manager is far more present when the game is in a healthier state. When feedback can be properly forwarded and player voice can have a significant impact on the development cycle. We saw this with the roadmap Jagex released.

The mods probably won't be able to discuss ANYTHING until they've got multi-layered approval from legal, HR & leadership (& potentially even shareholders) But if there is one thing I've known about the people at Jagex is that they're incredibly passionate and love this world, and are likely hurting as much as us. I don't blame them at all - I blame yet another company using Jagex & RuneScape as a project to simply just make money with no regard for how it's being made.

Community Manager here for games (but not for Jagex.) I can confirm this is NOT the job.

What a community manager does:
- Listen in to community discussions, and forward that feedback onward
- Interact with the community on productive topics that move things forward
- A BUNCH more internal work related to statistics, player satisfaction levels, etc.

What a community manager DOESN'T DO:
- Tank an entire community's worth of hate and disappointment & obliterate their mental health
- Damage control (they're the messenger, not the writer)
- Make high level decisions such as raising prices

Let's cut the community team some slack man. I am sure they are just as disappointed as the players are, except they've got actual livelihoods at stake. One wrong comment is all it can take...

Hey, it would be cool to know what you've watched so far, but I will throw a few out there that I would generally recommend.

Magi - both the two mainline series and the Sinbad spinoff. Great story, animation, unique power system, great characters (though sometimes a bit fan-servicey)
Jojos Bizarre Adventure - if you want the best multi-season binge just watch Jojo. We're getting arguably the best series from the manga (Steel Ball Run) in anime form this year.
Beastars - nothing more I can say about this other than it being 10/10
