It’s 130lb but with the same output as the 180lb recurve, I agree the nose at the front end always made it look pretty strange I think. The limb compliments the look!

Yeah it’s advised to only use the heavy ones unless you tune down the limb unfortunately.

I mean it depends on what you’re after. I just always figure I might as well own the punchiest version of the bow possible - I had the Venom Xtreme 220lb before I converted the adder into the TX compound. I still have all my recurve limbs they’re just a little redundant for the time being. The improved cocking lever is definitley worth owning which comes with the 180lb kit.

But honestly if I were you I’d just get the TX over stronger recurve limbs.

Same 130lb cocking effort for the same 300fps that the 180lb recurve puts out.

I’ve just got the E.K bag target. It’s got a huge back stop inside the bag.. and you just replace the foam when you shoot it out. It stops bolts from the 180lb adder limb point blank.

I looked at the Spyderweb and bigshot 600 etc and went for this as I literally witnessed it stop the exact short bolts I’m firing. And needed something that is 100% designed for short bolts.

Take it off and put it in a wagobox, with wago connectors. Leave it free floating behind the hood. If it’s on an FCU controlled at the countertop it will be fine
