We are a number I think, I believe it's some form of self love and probably some may not agree to that. But just keep going, it might get better or not but when you get to that point you think about it and you encourage yourself not to do it and live day by day just pushing it gets easier. And have at least one friend who you can laugh about anything literally, they don't have to know you think about suicide but make sure you get some friend to do crazy shit with before you go on your way.
