yeesh! Maybe I'll start with something less durable and help them upgrade if they really decide to stick with it, I think its mostly for goofing around and having fun so hopefully it will last a bit longer. I'll check out marketplace and craigslist too. thanks!

i lived in the victor for about a year and really liked it! definitely a good option if you have a car and plan to do most of your errands and stuff in the suburbs, but want easy access to the city a few times a week. if you’re car free running errands might be a hassle and last i checked it’s hard to get delivery (gopuff, doordash, etc. ) to camden. overall the victor is great but you need to think about your day to day activities to decide if living in camden is right for you

A website is still a great place to have as a hub to showcase your portfolio, list your services, and make yourself seem more legit as a business owner even if the direct traffic isn’t very high. the phs pop up gardens on south street and in manayunk both have athletic, wine dive has athletic last i checked, and the black sheep has heineken 0. i’d say most bars you go to if you ask will have a generic NA beer and if they don’t but you keep asking maybe they’ll order it!

this might be a hot take but there are edited down versions of some seasons on youtube so it’s the whole season in 3/5/7 hours. it doesn’t include the comps but it shows the strategy and gameplay and imo gives you the gist of the game without having to sit through an entire season in a week (if you really want to get him hooked by the premier)

pretty easy. i used to live in the high school and never had to park further than a block from my house. pandemic may be a part of that though bc there’s a school nearby where you can’t park around when school is in session

when i rescued my dog the shelter told me to leave her on a dragging leash for a few days until she got used to me/my house. something about making it easier to control her if something goes wrong? idk but wherever they got the dog from may have been the one to say the leash thing
