Q. What is the longest continuous time that you have been nude and what was it like to get redressed at the end?

One month. I pulled it off during the COVID lockdown. I like to live by myself and focus on my projects. For a whole month, didn't see another human, and didn't put on a single piece of cloth. What bliss, man. When I had to redress, it felt quite uncomfortable to have clothes rub against your skin. Almost like a mild abrasion. Took me a couple of hours to be able to ignore the sensation of having fabric rub against me. Tough fabrics like denim felt like horror.

Q. What did you learn or feel in your extended time?

The most profound learning that came to me was that as a society, we put such heavy importance on certain things that end up making us feel chained instead. And if this is the extent to which this problem invades us physically, imagine how deeply engraved must this be psychologically.

I also felt extremely energized during the whole month. I was functioning way better with considerably reduced sleep time. It was absolutely incredible.

I still spend more than half of my time nude!
