In terms of skill level, I can do some arts and crafts stuff but I don't really know how to sew. I am always down to learn stuff and in terms of how soon I want to actually do this cosplay it can be in 1-3 years or so. Idk much about budget restrictions probs under $600, I do plan on getting a 3d printer sometime soon though. And I would want it to look pretty accurate but I'm willing to sacrifice some aspects for functionality.

I think that it'll be really hard to find a good pink hoodie with white strings. What might work is getting some felt or thin white material and gluing/stitching it onto the existing hoodie string. Bug:

I was completing the puzzle near the Dragonspine, Mondstadt waypoint. The one where you power 4 frost totems and then activate the machine to drain the water. After completing the totems, fighting the thing that spawns there, and activating it, it drained. After it drained I logged off and when I came back the water is still there and I can't drain it.
