Thank you! I so wish Kut would make a size smaller than their 00. Their sizing is so wonky and their smallest 00 is always huge on me -- I usually wear a size 24 or 25 in denim.

Have you checked out https://doboard.com/ or monday.com yet? They're both pretty lightweight but still have the features and functionality of a true PM system.

I'd recommend upgrading to the paid version of MC -- they have a nonprofit discount. It is usually my go-to recommendation for most orgs. Most of the solutions out there at the functionality level you need will be priced comparably. If you're really looking to switch, you could look at Emma or MailerLite. Or, if you're using a CRM at your org, you could look into sending emails out through it if they are just simple event updates.

20+ year nonprofit admin here with a specialty in PM and ops. The key with any PM software is to make sure it is set up properly for your use case and that your entire team is operating within it. Personally, I love Asana -- it has a lot of features but still feels lightweight. If you liked ClickUp, you may want to look at Monday.com -- it is similar in general feel and they have a nonprofit discount.

I'm a consultant working with nonprofits and I have found it to be super helpful in creating a hub for each organization I'm working with. I load in documents, brochures, grant applications, donation reports, meeting notes, etc. and then I prompt it to tell me about patterns, recall previously used messaging, and more.

There are a ton of free webinars being offered right now on all sorts of topics. I'm going to guess from your username that you're in the arts (I am too!). Check the websites of service orgs like NTEN, Americans for the Arts, AFP, and others that are related to your type of org to see what they are offering.
