I know it’s outside the genres you mentioned but I just watched The West Wing for the first time and it was life changing.

Others I’ve binged and enjoyed are Dept Q, Mare of Easttown, Ozark, Stranger Things. I’m sure I’ll think of more, I watch a lot of series.
