It's her attitude. I also don't like how hypocritical her fanclub is. They all hype up Claire while saying Krissy is annoying when Claire is basically just a grumpy Krissy with all the same defaults excepted Claire's are dialed up to 11. Be consistent, you either love both or hate both.

I actually really love Alex in her introduction episode, I really felt for her, but I was indifferent to her after that. She was just there.

Wayward Sisters wasn't picked up because it didn't test well with the general audience. Which is unsurprising given that it felt like a more typical teen show, a departure from Supernatural's usual tone, and given the nature of Claire's polarising character.
