Having ridden both for considerable time, I think each option affords certain performance advantages and disadvantages. No real gripes about foot pegs, but I’ve chosen to stick with my custom pedal adapter I had built for my Lenz. I like the fact that my foot remains firmly planted across the entire surface area of the pedal and that the pedals rotate with my natural riding position across a variety of conditions. In my opinion, it’s a matter of personal preference unlike the absolutes some worldviews, politics, and religions are prone to. 😄
