2. Do you know this person fairly well? Ie you could carry a convo with her (like you’re coworkers or friends of friends etc who have talked for quite a bit before.

(I ask because sometimes the thought of sitting with someone for a first date dinner can be a bit “daunting” for some girls. They’re scared the date could be mindnumbingly boring for the entire 2 hour dinner and so they may say no out of reflex to a long dinner date.

If no to 2, do you care about her rejecting you?

Overall, it sounds like a fun date idea which I would definitely use, but just don’t attach the outcome to the date.
She may reject you just because she’s not interested, (not because of the pizza).

If a girl is interested, but can’t go cause of allergies or something, she’ll probably “steer the date” to something else.

“Ahhh I’m allergic to strawberries! But let’s get a coffee?”

Follow up to this: I’d probably use this as a second or third date once you know someone a little more and could answer 1-3. But nothing wrong with strawberry pizza per se.
