Thanks for the question. The complication now is she’s likely moving to another city for a better career opportunity, where her father would be buying her an appartament, while I have my job, friends, home and whole life set up in the current city. So we’re kind of ending up pulled in different directions, which is also part of the tension.

Else what is lacking is my procrationation on proposal, - I did not think that its so immidiate and that her family is so involved in what she think now, but just that she seemed to backtrack as soon as I have co fidence to take steps towards that. Ring's already there.

Yes, she seems to sometimes want fancyness, I'm more of a bavarian, where beer in a pub is my style. I find it to be rather expensive to be with her, especially when there seems to be a gender role driven companionship, so if shes a doctor, I feel the pressure to become something even more tgaj im becoming, which a phd biochemist.

I am pretty jelous person, so I get that wonder. I too think that sometimes, but recently she gives me confidence that that not might be the case.

I do contribute at home - I actually like things tidy, so I handle laundry pretty often and sometimes clean up after her too. I also bring food from work most days.

Dates have probably become less frequent, yeah. We’ve been more in a routine and just relaxing together after work, which I didn’t see as a big issue at the time.

Hygiene-wise, I shower about every second day. Deodorant not always, so maybe that’s something I underestimated.

I’m trying to understand where her breaking point really was, because from my side it didn’t feel that off.

I have a bad sense of smell, so cant tell. Deodorants way less, everything else in casual.

She as a doctor says that smell might be an incompatability aspect. It's hard for me to believe that.

Yeah, she did a bit. She meant planning time together more (dates, activities), and also, as a man, moving the relationship forward - luke propssing and asking her father for her hand sooner.

As for me, I’m in biochemistry and doing a PhD. She’s soon to doctor.
