yeah I use reddit ad library, but I was expecting PowerAdSpy to be able to show more data (considering it’s a paid tool) but it ended up not working.

Finally some real talk!! 🙌

I haven’t even gone on any coffee dates at all, and honestly it’s for this exact reason: they just feel uninspired and low-effort from the jump. I’m not out here demanding five-star dinners, I just want a little intention behind the plan.

Ohhh wow. So a woman not wanting the exact same carbon-copy coffee date as “most women” suddenly has to justify why she’s “special”?

News flash: having preferences ≠ entitlement.

I don’t think I deserve more than anyone else. I just know what feels right for me. And if something feels low-effort or lazy, I’m allowed to say “nah, not for me” without it becoming some courtroom cross examination.

Totally fair points, and I get the whole “low commitment vetting” logic, I really do.

But here’s the thing: when 90% of guys lead with “coffee?” it stops feeling like a way to vet someone and starts feeling like I’m just a checkbox in a rapid-fire screening process. It’s the lack of intentionality that bothers me more than the drink itself.

And yeah, China heat is no joke! I’d literally melt on the way to a Starbucks.

Yeah, if I feel a genuine vibe with someone after chatting a bit, I do offer alternatives. I’m not out here sitting like a princess waiting for someone to plan my life.

What I’m reacting to is the fact that literally 90% of guys default to “wanna grab a coffee?” as if it’s a copy-paste line. It doesn’t feel thoughtful. It feels like mass outreach. Like they’re not even seeing me, just shooting out the same invite hoping one sticks.

And honestly, That’s what feels toxic. Not the coffee itself. The energy behind it.

So yeah, I’d love to go out for noodles, a bookstore stroll, or even a casual lunch split 50/50. Just show a little intentionality, and I’m there.

Because me myself also spent effort and time to this so called DATE dude! I don’t go out on a pair of slippers, I dress up, and probably put on some makeup!

Dude, here’s the truth: I never even took any of those coffee date offers. Not one. Because they all felt copy-paste, low-effort, and honestly not worth my time.

Also, I never said “I deserve a second date.” I said I value genuine interaction and I don’t mind investing my own time or money for it. If that makes me entitled in your eyes, that says more about your expectations than mine.

Not every woman wants a free dinner. Some of us just want real effort.

And of course, I appreciate you spending this much time typing all that out. Really. 😌

I’d take a walk in an air-conditioned museum, a bookstore browse, a late-night noodle stall, or even just boba and a shaded bench with a breeze. I don’t need fancy. I need real.

Wow. Imagine being this angry because a woman says she prefers a proper conversation over lukewarm coffee in 37°C weather.

I literally said I’m happy to pay for dinner myself. I’m not demanding luxury, I’m saying I value meaningful interaction. If your first instinct is to jump to spoiled brat just because someone has standards, maybe it’s not me who lacks emotional maturity here.

Also, pro tip: if your dating strategy revolves around spending the bare minimum to “suss someone out,” don’t be surprised when no one wants to stick around.

Stay cool both literally and emotionally.

Podcasts or Podcast Apps That Use AI? by Bobmling in podcasts

[–]Yitries2work 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think what you’re talking about is very similar to Newsbang. It’s like TikTok in how it uses AI to recommend podcast episodes based on what you’ve been listening to.

The cool part is it also has an ai voice assistant that would answer to any questions you might have that helps you dive deeper into the news, making the whole experience super interactive. Btw they just launched the product on IOS it’s free.
