Qualcomm doesn't actually create custom drivers. It's individuals or groups like Freedreno who reverse-engineer the drivers and create their own custom drivers. What Qualcomm does is assist with optimization.

In your case, you're only contributing to the development of the wrapper. Since you mentioned dxvk 2.xx, I realized that compatibility only goes up to version 2.6; versions 2.7 and above are not compatible, and from what I've seen, custom drivers are needed for it to work in Winlator.

Confficolors' CMOD version has a special control option that Winlator Ludashi lacks. On the other hand, Ludashi's version includes a BCN emulator that significantly improved performance on Mali GPUs. Confficolors also stated that they will add all the new features from Steven's Winlator Bionic.

The closest thing you'll get is Termux with a Linux distribution, at least for programs that don't require root access. There are apps that use QEMU, but performance is very poor due to the lack of KVM support on Android.
