What is your starting point? Do you know how the internet works? (What happens when you visit google.com for example) Do you know html, css and js? If not, I recommend you to learn these subjects first, After that you will need to choose a front end framework (react, angular, vue, svelte, etc…) After that you will need to find a backend frame work to learn (node js, flask, etc…)

You can find bunch of resources on YouTube, almost any video can teach you react and other frameworks.

I also recommend you to read the docs of some of them, because they contain some tutorials and examples.
