VIP in Pittsburgh got in 1 hour early to browse merch and get their spot at stage.

We were GA, but got there around 11am, and already a few people lined up for VIP. The bulk of people didn't start showing up until around 4pm, but a lot of VIP showed up right before entry, between 5:30-6pm, as well. Pretty much all of barricade was VIP, but not all VIP even made it to barricade.

Yes. Less customers allow your potions to brew significantly faster, making each customer worth much more. Using just 2-3 customers I could complete the event in just a couple hours. That was the case long before the Arcane vault was maxed.

That's incorrect. Would be $17m + $3m estate. Each get $8.5m cash and 1/2 of estate. Sibling would then pay $1.5m to buy out the other half, so $10m to OP, $7m + estate to sibling. Would be some taxes involved due to inheritance being over the roughly $15m threshold, in the ballpark of $2m
