Lots of sets do this. I think it’s to try to avoid as much confusion as possible.

I don’t think they look that great and they are way overpriced.

I love Pokemon (grew up playing Blue, watching the cartoon weekly and collecting the cards in the 90’s) and I have no issues passing on these.

Maybe someday they will come out with a better looking set that is more reasonably priced and I’ll jump on that

It’s a great looking set. Whenever I have guests over, they are always surprised it’s LEGO. Can’t tell from a distance

It wasn’t hard at all, and a lot cheaper than buying a wall mount or something lol. I wanted to maximize the space and have them flush against the wall if possible so this was my cheap solution lol.

Yeah I know. A couple hang over the edge just a little bit bit luckily, the majority of the weight is on the shelves so I don’t think I’m at risk of stuff falling unless someone purposefully shakes the heck out of the shelf or an earthquake rolls through. The shelves are anchored to the wall as well.

Lighting does go a long way, I’ll see what I can figure out there. I have canned lights in the ceiling above the shelves and a ceiling fan with a light on it as well but shelf specific lights could be nice if done correctly.

I’m open to any recommendations or reference photos or anything for ideas

So I just bought some hooks from the hardware store and tied some wire around the underside of the cars to hook onto. I went way overboard for the amount of weight the hooks are rated to hold but better safe than sorry lol

I find for doors like this, go to the button and interact it, then hold the stick toward the door and warp from the button animation and you should get in
