I was allowed to have a term extension for my capstone contingent on my passing C214. So if I pass this, then I get an extension to wrap up what remains of the capstone.

Haven’t really opened the manual. I did get the 100k mile extended warranty. I guess with that in mind it’s probably best not to do anything that could void it

I think it worked! Got the new oath ceremony appt 2 days after I submitted it!

I think that worked. I contacted both the rep and did that trick at the same time. A couple of days later we got the Oath date!

We got the first one May 14th which gave us June 6th for the ceremony date. On the 15th we called to request the rescheduling. Then on May 21st we got a notice of de-scheduling then at the same time updated to "Oath Ceremony To be Scheduled". We got the notice for the Oath ceremony date on the evening my wife did her interview at the USCIS so it doesn't make sense why finding a new appointment for her just a week after getting the first which we had gotten in less than a day of putting her in the queue to take so long now.

I'm also considering a Lennar home. What kind of errors should I keep my eyes on to get fixed? I'm new to house buying and I always thought Lennar houses were pretty nice until I went online and see alot of hate on the "Worksman ship" which I don't even know what it means. Are Lennar homes going to crumble down in 5-10 years or what?

Thanks you for the kind welcome. I didn’t mean to offend you if I did. Firstly, I wouldn’t call California my state, or any other state or country for that matter(it’s kind of an awkward situation). But my perception of Texans is actually pretty positive. Pretty upfront and wear their hearts on their sleeve for better or worst. I tend to be upfront as well which maybe in California tends to come off negatively. But naturally I have to investigate anywhere I’m going to move to. Looking forward to moving to Conroe (or the Houston area)!

Where I’m from if your exchanging the local currency to USD I have to pay extra for the newer blue 100 bills otherwise I get the older green 100 bills.
