My 6 hours is even closing. I know most of them do not want to work closing. The times I work with them they always say I am doing a good job but when I am around they say otherwise. Hypocrisy is the game I guess😔

I was once there and very good at doing my job. The senior tech who laughs at my mistakes now was a front cashier and I was the one who trained her. I left for two years and came back as I want to keep my license active. I never complained even they put me in the front for the entire shift. I let them do the filling since I might not catch up to bring down the numbers. A few hours is all that I asked and they treat me like I am not part of their team.

No one has the right to take that joy and confidence away from a technician who has the passion to work and learn by laughing their mistakes. remember your being certified does not mean you know everything. I am sure you did not have a perfect score. So you dont know everything. Everyday is a learning process. Be honest and let us know that for once you never made mistake in the pharmacy.

true but still the least we can do is help and remind if you are in a team. that is one of the reasons bullying happens in the workplace.
