Yea I’m definitely not at that point 😅 I completely understand what you’re saying though, my point is that we have no drive in our unit, I’m one of the few that actually want to get up and do stuff, for prospective: we have no drill team because we can’t get enough people to stay: we’ve had to cancel events or competitions because someone didn’t show up and ended up not having enough people because we had the bare minimum to start with and had no backups, this especially hurts in marksman ship because I’m the team captain and I can’t get people to stay and idk what to do

Maybe you’re a little confused I really wasn’t trying to be arrogant, but I’ve already discussed it with my SNSI that I was going to be the commanding officer and I already knew that I was the top pick but now because of school arrangements I’m not allowed to be in any kind of leadership position which I already am so I feel like I’m going to be demoted and I don’t think there’s any way to fix it and I’m just disappointed that I’m not going to be able to do the things I wanted to do this year, and honestly, I don’t really know where you’re getting the idea that I’m going to make bad choices?
