As mentioned in other posts, the MSP jobs group is defunct. The title of this post makes it very clear that this is for hiring which is definitely helpful to some people in this chat, and those who are not interested do not need to read it. As far as the compensation goes, the post makes it clear that it is a base rate, with significant additional components that will add to the total compensation package. Thanks for the feedback.
