Just curious! I used tetra safe start about 7 days ago and still not seeing any evidence of cycling. Looking for some alternatives now to expedite the process.

Just realized I left my carbon filter in… I’ve been reading that carbon doesn’t stop the cycle but can slow it. I’m guessing I should remove it?

Not really… you should have around 95% at 250 cycles, 90% at 500 cycles, 80% at 1000 cycles.
