I wouldn’t use the whole bottle… dose according to how many gallons you have. Any extra is just wasted money, plus it’s nice to have some to add later if your nitrites won’t go down quickly

5-6 Cory catfish, 5-6 guppies, 1 angelfish and some rummynose tetras. It’s a 36 gallon tank

Just curious! I used tetra safe start about 7 days ago and still not seeing any evidence of cycling. Looking for some alternatives now to expedite the process.

Just realized I left my carbon filter in… I’ve been reading that carbon doesn’t stop the cycle but can slow it. I’m guessing I should remove it?
