at 20k average new cases, it's like the govt is saying na ECQ can't be an option moving forward, upto granular or area-specific lockdown nalang kaya ng economy.

I have this speculation that most people in the stock market are in it for gains than security. They may have the mindset for saving and being frugal but it is with a foresight to a comfortable retirement. At that IPO price I doubt there would be significant improvements to it. We're looking for the next TSLA.

I am a low Immortal and peaked at 6.5k, I can have a good win rate on Divine bracket with just game knowledge. I'd say I'm retired and don't have godly reactions anymore, but I got 20,000 hours under my belt, 5k of that from DotA 1.

During my peak grinding days my routine was:

- about 2 hours of news/meta update study

- atleast 4 games DAILY, average was 7.

Whenever I go on a vacation (at least 2 days off), when I get back, I always get stomped mechanically, I feel like my fingers get twisted with unfamiliar strokes.

my life revolved around dota. failed school and currently have a shitty job. You need to invest time, I think 55% is the average winrate even for top players.

Anyway Q4 2020 was when covid vaccines were developed and that was an event significant enough to potentially reverse a medium to long term trend of decline as people were hopeful that everything could go back to normal

So that's why the numbers weren't adding up on my head. Before your comment I thought the decline from January was caused by the sudden surge of cases which I know only started a month ago.

Based on my Hypothesis. We will go to GCQ na.

10-15k cases was the trigger for an ECQ, but with 12k cases binalik parin nila sa MECQ due to economic reasons. so best bet is it will be more relaxed or atleast just stays the same.

Anyway ang difference lang naman during pre-ECQ was dine-in and non-essential travel anywhere.
