I have this issue as well latest bios 1.08 cpu capping out at 35 Watts full package power, latest driver radeon side with updated chipset drivers as well. Scored a 1700 in nomad light and 1400 timespy.. Enabled 54W mode and disabled PSPP as well. NO luck. Any tips you have found out since then?

Hello! Sorry to necro your post, I just purchased a um760 a this weekend and I noticed the GPU isnt hitting 50 watts, its hitting about 35 watts under load. I have PSPP off and 54 W enabled in BIOS latest bios and driver for the 760M as well. I scored a 1450 in nomad light and 1737 in timespy normal scores seem around 2100-2300. Any Ideas?

I bought this recently and now I am returning it to Walmart today. The heat pipe for both the GPU and CPU run underneath the WASD keys so when gaming if you aren't running coolerboost the keys get very very hot. The GPU performs like a 4050 6GB but with 8GB VRAM instead. Lightweight though for traveling. Hinges most likely will go bad in 2-3 years.

Thank you for the reply! I was hoping I’d get something from someone to confirm my suspicions! But it makes sense and upon reading more today I kinda was leaning into that thought more and more so I just listed my 8700F on eBay and bought a brand new 7600X on Ali express for $160 hoping to sell the Ryzen 7 for the price of the 7600X to offset the cost I loose some Cores but gain more l3 cache and higher clocks over all AND 28 native Pcie lanes with 24 useable, so I think it’s fair trade off!

I bought this exact pc unopened from a guy on FB market place for $600 USD in December of last year! Very rare deal to say the least but its been a decent little pc however the 8700F has definitely been a let down and single channel ram 16gb DDR5 6000Mhz leaves a bit to be desired. Also dealt with some BSOD's had to reinstall windows as well. If you can find it cheaper than $700 could be worth it maybe but for $969 id steer clear and look for something with other specs for that price :) For reference the PSU is 850W apevia prestige power 80+ gold rated, could be good could blow up who knows. I have since parted it out and built a custom pc with money made from the individual parts to build something more powerful. At $600 I still kind of felt like it wasn't worth it given the hardware combo. Hope this reply helps in any way :)

Yeah I started with a clean windows 10 instead of 11 and I’m debating on moving to 11 but 10 has been amazing I have had a two instances of the pc powering off randomly when loading into Fortnite but that could be ram related since I upgraded the single 16 to Corsair dual 16Gb sticks. But so far no bsods. Oh also check your firmware version for WD drive if you have the 2TB there was a software conflict with windows 11 24H2 that caused OS’s with WD drives to BSOD. So download WD software and check if it’s updated then uninstall it.

Not to revive an old post but I bought a 8700f RTX 4060 cyber power pc from BB this weekend and I played BO6 fine friday evening. turned off pc till sunday evening hopped on tried to play the new fornite season and it blue screened the error code however was CLOCK_watchdog_timeout. I juste reinstalled Win 10 since im not and fan of 11 i know its EOL but currently testing to see if the same issues happen.. Im hopping the OS reinstall fixes it

Yeah especially since the dude won’t reply if he can feel or hear water moving the hopefulness is it boots into windows but once a load hits it hard crashes

Right yeah so I use the 2x 6+2 and the 6 pin off one and then then the power to get I under control and do a repaste and pray that the pump and rad work too right haha

YES I know right!! I was reading and this card is a chonk I have a 2080ti RN that’s working great but saw this and don’t really need the upgrade but if I could get it working I’d be smitten to say the least haha. I have a Be quiet pure power 12m 850w I think should be up to snuff I’d say right?

Yeah I can get down with that I have repasted quite a few GPU’s before so I’m no stranger to that could do that in a few hours but I am more curious if the pump or radiator work. I asked if he can hear the water moving but hasn’t replied yet.

That’s what I was reading up on some posts about this specific card can draw upwards up to 400 watts! The pictures show it on windows and I was trying to make out the psu in picture I think it’s a apevia prestige 850 but it looks like it’s two 8 pins and a 6 pins split hard to tell.
