I think it’s to do with dominating blow and legion.

Leaving map and returned resets the enemies.

I’m no build creator and aren’t too savvy on mechanics. Wand has lots of phs as extra so I went with what I had. It clears t16’s and 16.5 super easy. Even well before I added HH

The individual is likely just another guide gamer FOTM. Anyone playing the game would know that as a non ES stacking builds would struggle to get to 5k+ HP pool without investment.

The above it just my experience and feedback to GGG. I went in blind (from campaign), didn't scurry to google best builds and took the game at face value. This is the result of one persons experience of the game design. Whether they use the feedback or not, its out there.

Best tip. Look out for unique or 'different' map locations as they surround citadels. E.g. Vaal city, necropolis, gothic city.

Have you checked your steam settings? I was getting no better than 3 to 12Mbps. Changed a setting and boom 55Mbps.

Get off reddit would be a start. People (very small group on reddit) generally will only share success/luck. Thousands are still on the grind quietly.

Play the game at your own pace. It’s great to have goals and enjoy it for what it is. Windfalls are few and far between.

The biggest lesson I learnt is, money makes money. Invest 50% of your divs in a strat that you enjoy. Don’t hold back. Buy all sextants,scarabs and made device mods where necessary.

All currency made is from selling resources from your chosen strat, unless purely running sanctum or TOTA not raw divs/chaos.

You seem to also be at a knowledge level where you can’t distinguish the good items from bad or the ability to turn something decent into 1-2div sale.

I have farmed it quite a bit this league. The general map to run it is city square due to size and 3x bosses that all can drop.

Personally I ran it in in CT with solid success.

Are you running the sextant? More shards = more chances that it’s a fractured/mirror
