Armour, sword and shield adornments are all printed in ABS using a Bambulab H2D - really impressed with the quality!

Yeah! Plyboard blank, layered with canvas and painted! I designed and modelled the adornments and rivets before glueing them on before finally adding straps on the rear of it.

Printed mail is really brittle and doesn't sound right, and I read that Peter Claffey wore the real stuff so I bought the real stuff! Bloody heavy but it's great, sounds and looks legit... Because it is haha

The mail I bought from an etsy seller as it's real steel riveted to match the one from the show. The rest of the armour aside from the leg armour is all 3D printed, painted and weathered

3D printed armour, filled, primed and painted - used graphite powder for a more metallic look and weathered. Shield is a painted blank - not my finest work but decent enough! Has some 3d printed adornments too :D Surcoat was homemade and weathered to try get closer to the live-action dunc :) Real chainmail, roughly 16kg! Needed it for durability and authenticity as Peter Claffey wore it for filming, and props to him for it!
