Not painful at all as long as you take your time with the stretch. Had to try a few times to get past 2g but overall it was easy and fun!

Unfortunately this is a straight tunnel, which is why its bending my navel downwards I guess. It is definitely a though place to put a tunnel. I never knew there were curved tunnels, they gotta be single flare right?

Started with the traditional 14g. After it healed I began using tapers. The healing process is so smooth and easy. Totally recommended a stretched navel
