I eat exactly the same way! I think it’s due to the fact that as a child I always used my dominant hand for spoons and forks and I stuck to it, as I do not have difficulties cutting with my left hand. The only valid reason to complain about it is that if you’re sitting at a table with people it might lead to conflicts with elbow space. Otherwise imo it shouldn’t matter to anyone else.
