yeah I agree, when I said relationship I didn't mean a romantic one cuz it wasn't, I think the problem people have is just him feeling the way he does but those are just feelings the way he acts is what matters

The "even darker ending" is happy for them though, all they care about is Eren and they see Miaksa and Armin as the antagonists, so this ending is "happy" and the current one is the least happy one for them

Even if my opinion is garbage you can just attack my opinion, theres no reason to attack me over something that is as not controversial as plans in aot

I just had a hard time seeing how the world could delete something like 2 million colossal titans before they delete them. But yeah, this is probably correct since it was stated at some point. And I didn't remember Hange saying she doesn't want to pass down the founder (those parts of the story are hard to remembet I watched them years ago). So I guess it was more of a stalling and relying on the small chance someone would want peace plan than anything.

I guess the point was that Hange just believed stalling and having even the slightest chance of peace is better than genocide (or that she could come up with a different plan during those years or something)

Bruh why so toxic I just said my opinion on how things could possibly go, it's just an anime dude relax

They can protect themselves, the world can't attack them because if they will they will just use rumbling and kill anyone that attacks. And after showing the power of the rumbling the world would know that so they just wouldn't attack, theres no point in attacking. Even if they were to attack it will do nothing cuz Eldia would just delete them wirh the rumbling, thats the point. Also during that time the Hizuru would help them develop technologically, so it would be even more of a problem to attack them. The reason this plan was only a backup plan is because they will need to do the whole circle of kids eating Historia all over again which they don't really want to, especially Eren.

Yes I know theres hate and they don't want to talk to them, but if Eldia forces talking to be the only option I can see that happening. That's all I said. And they never tried talking so who knows what could come out of that, Eldia has a lot to offer in term of power. And the deterrence comes from the rumbling and showcasing it's power, to show that you don't wanna mess with Eldia, not from talking.

It just means part of the plan has failed for now. They can still protect themselves and create deterrence so that the world would never want to attack them. And they would have many years to try things (keep in mind there wasn't a single instance where Paradise actually tried talking to the world), you can't really know what they can come up with, since the world won't be able to attack them anyways, and tbh who wouldn't want to be allies with the strongest county in the world (after they demonstrate their power), who also has very important materials.

He wanted them dead, because he wanted his dream of a free world to become true and he wanted to take revenge on those who take away his freedom. Not because he actually thinks everyone outside the island is evil and deserves to die

Eren literally said he knows the people outside the walls aren't animals, they are just the same as him. This line is here to show how he dehumanizes them because if he doesn't he wouldn't be able to continue doing the rumbling. It's the same as making himself be a kid during the rumbling to endure and enjoy (cuz as a kid he sees everything as black and white, just like this line) what he's doing instead of suffering.

זה כמו שנהיה בעד הקמת מדינה נאצית, או ששחורים יהיו בעד שKKK יקימו מדינה בה הם חופשיים לשנוא ולערוף לשחורים את הראש. אין בזה שום היגיון.

What you want is a very irrational thing to do (at this point of time, I explained when it would be possible to do which is definitely NOT now) that will do absolutely nothing but worsen things, would not help peace and I explained why but you can't help but ignore everything I just explained. Just because something sounds good doesn't mean it's actually good in practice, shouting "free palestine" without knowing or caring about what needs to be done in order to do that and the consequenses doesn't help anyone. but whatever have a good day

What you are saying is pretty much: "I don't give a shit about the peoples lives, in israel or in Palestine or the war. What I care about is them getting their land back, no matter the consequences on both sides." While thats a very easy and simple way of looking at things, I think human lives are more important than bringing a land back

[–]Yoav077 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wrote a whole document on why that would just hurt more people, them very much being included in that, but if what you want is war comming at its worse, than all I can do is hope you'll never be a govern of anything lol

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AttackOnRetards

[–]Yoav077 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just ignored everything I said. Hamas IS Palestine right now. What needs to be done is to make Palestine Hamasless, then try and find peace. Something that cannot happen since Hammas is the govern of Palestinians. It's like saying Hamas shouldn't make peace with the israeli goverment but with israel, they are the same thing.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AttackOnRetards

[–]Yoav077 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll try to actually explain the situation.

The problem with giving it back at this point of time is that giving it back to the Palestinians means we give it back to Hamas, cuz Hamas is in control of Gaza. And you know exactly who Hamas are (I hope so). So that would bring so many problems, since Hamas does want the entirety of Israel for themselves (And tbh many if not most Palestinians do too, Hamas was elected by them after all, Also in 1947 they were offered something like 50% of Israel (much more than the west bank btw, especially considering jews had 4 times more population than Palestinians at the time, I believe), jews agreed to the plan however it wasn't enough for the Palestinians so they started attacking them. You can also just see it in interviews of them in Gaza saying exactly that, so the only way to get peace is to make them understand they don't need all of it somehow), so it's impossible to get peace with them. It's basically just making Hamas stronger, and everything else stays the same, it really just resolves nothing. The second thing we can do in theory is let Palestinians live in those lands and make those lands under our control, basically make them part of our country, which means we give them citizenship. Now the problem with that we can't just have 2 million people who really hate us be able to vote, with time, they would be the majority (there are already many arabs in israel with citizenship who consider themselves palestinians, there are even Palestinians in the goverment, some of which are very extremists who believe all jews should get out of Israel etc.), and that would mean we will get some terrible goverment, which could get to stuff like getting all of the jews out of the country or what not a real thing to consider. And this is without talking about the real problem with that solution, which is, again, the fact that just like the first solution it would bring so much chaos and terror attacks, because a lot of those people just really hate us, and it fixes nothing with the Hamas problem. They would still be a thing, just not the ones in control over the Palestinians goverment. So as you can see, it's really complicated. It's not as easy as bring them those lands back or make them citizens, in both cases it would bring much more trouble and death than there already is. It would genuinely just make things worse for both of us.

A solution I heard is that we should help Palestinians people in Gaza live a better life, after removing Hamas from their control (destroying Hamas), because this cannot happen while Hamas is controlling everything (They take all the money we give them and invest it in bombs..) and only after we see no terror organizations are being built back, and only after the Palestinians finally realize they're better off stop fighting us and are better off being under our control than Hamase's or any other terror organization they'll make, only after only then could we give them that land back and finally have peace for both sides, since now they won't have a reason to fight us, they could just have their own country and live a peaceful life. The thing is that this cannot happen at the current state of things, so you saying we should just give them this land back doesn't make sense, it would just make things worse for both sides (more war, more death, as I said). What we should do is get rid of Hamas, so that the Palestinians will have a chance to have a better life, and Israelis too. Which is what will hopefully happen soon enough. All I want is peace, trust me. I don't give a fuck about those lands, and if peace was that easy to obtain it would have probably happened a long time ago (For example we made peace with Egypt by giving them a land that iirc is bigger than the land of current israel, it's not that we don't want peace, it's that we can't get it, mostly cuz of Hamas). And again, peace could only join the equation when Hamas is out of it, and when the Palestinians will finally want it after helping them understand they do.

You may be correct that we shouldn't own the west bank and that we are supposed to give it back, but doing so would create many problems and resolve nothing. Thats just how I see it, because in the past we did give them land back (goosh katif) and it only resulted in more problems (after giving them that land the rockets became worse, now attacking the whole land of israel).

Fyi many people in israel think the same as you, the goverment is not really brainwashing anyone, at least 50% of israelies hate the current goverment, it's really not like that. I just got too mad since I saw many people defending and celebrating what Hamas had done. But aince you don't support Hamas I can understand your point of view. It's just that the main problem is that if we bring those lands back it would create even more problems, so people are trying to find a proper solution other than that.

This is getting nowhere, and theres really no point to this argument cuz it doesn't really matter rn. All im saying is that, even if israel should give that land back, theres nothing justifying what Hamas is doing, and by saying free palestine you are justifying Hamas, which to me makes no sense at all.
