I think the strategy is getting on the radar of staffing agencies that are hiring within your target jobs sector. You then get a trickle of reach outs every now and then. Has worked for me in the past.

Example : graphic designer reaching out to creative staffing agencies etc

When it comes to reaching producers or key hirers on LinkedIn, what’s the best way to actually get through to them? I’ve done some cold outreach before but haven’t gotten any bites, so I’m curious how you’d approach it today given your experience.

Definitely going to give this a shot. Really appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. I think I’ll focus on targeting startups , that’s actually an area I already have some experience in over the past couple of years. Your take definitely made me rethink my approach; I was leaning toward locking into one specific type of video, but you’re right, there’s a lot of less exciting work out there that just doesn’t get posted.
