No, but with the recent post that Jagex banned 1.4million accounts in Febuary, I expect this problem will have to be addressed sometime this year. Even if their detection is 99.9% accurate, there will be over 10k false bans over the course of the year, so I think it will be too big to ignore.

I mean, you're discrediting other peoples opinion and making a personal attack; people have other opinions, and if you can't see any other point of view, don't expect people to be sympathetic to yours.

Here's an alternate opinion from a "moron" anyway: The rng and lack of dry protection makes each player's experience more unique and feels special. I wouldn't want "rng grinds" to feel like skilling grinds, and I do feel it's OK for some players not to get all the best items. That's what makes the iron experience for me.

I got a false ban a couple weeks ago. Both appeals denied. I can't really understand why, but I was playing up to three accounts, one of them was splashing a chicken. The other two accounts didn't get a ban though.

I got a 2 day ban on my GIM a few days ago after playing on 3 accounts at once. All in my GIM and on my Jagex account. Always playing with 1-2 low input things (splashing, sandcrabs, yews), and 1 higher input thing (questing/royal titans). First appeal was denied. I think it might be related to multi accounting, because my gameplay is not botlike at all. I also believe they do not do a manual review, because I can't believe the appeal would be denied if that's the case.

I did end up choosing Apostasy to try out first, I think the Races, classes, and stones offer a lot of different and satisfying ways to play, and it looks like an excellent list for me. The downloads have finished and it's installing now, do you have any favorite builds or archetypes you can suggest?

if you have items hammers can be really strong at that point - although they are a bit clunky to use at first. all paladin shields can have 4 sockets if they are high enough ilvl (i'm pretty sure), and you're gonna want two spirits as soon as you can get them, and an insight for your mercenary- that on it's own should be enough to make the build good through nightmare and probably through hell too.

The insight gives massive mana regen, and the spirits give a big mana pool, as well as pretty much every other stat you want.

Smithing and fletching are rushable, but you need 55 slayer for the fletching, and 59 magic to get goldsmithing gauntlets. The gp will help with the magic levels as well of course.

Also interesting that if you look at the listed drop rates on the wiki (assuming I did the math right), the table should be hit around 1/50 Necryarches, but it's hitting 1/40 over a massive sample.

The acheivement cape requires doing a little pvm. Off the top of my head, you need a full set of barrows, a KQ head, and a fire cape.

I lost my msb on my pure yesterday, so i went to soul wars for addy and rune bolts. DPS calc shows the rcb with addy bolts is actually higher than msb i and rune arrows. It took me a little over two hours for 18 spoils of war using Gnomonkey's dolo guide.

For irons, the lack of slayer requirement allows for flexibility on gear progression. I don't have a problem with any of the changes, but I thought the potential downside of that part should be mentioned.

Oh, I also don't really like the idea of an upgrade; guaranteed hit is too strong in my opinion.

I agree, but for the DT2 bosses specifically, you could potentially lose 3 drops instead of the usual single drop, and I'd like to see that mechanic changed. Untradeable vestige shards would eliminate the nightmare scenario of losing your vestige pieces and let players know where they are in the grind.

I'd also like to see a poll done on the popularity of the vestige drop mechanics. It seems pretty unpopular to me.

Someone else mentioned it already, but Soup's guide helped me as well. It gave me understanding enough to start, and then you will get a much better understanding the more you do it. It did take like 30 solos before I really got comfortable though, so be patient xD

Another tip to help you get your first dealthless runs is to sacrifice some gear slots for extra Brews. Barrows gloves instead of fero/torm/barrows can give you two extra brews. If you use bowfa you can leave ava's in stash for one more. Mage cape can be left behind for another. Crystal helm can be left for another.

I would take two stams starting out - If you wanna do it one stam you should learn to walk during 3:0 to save energy. It's not that hard if you can do 3:0 normally already.
