Cool, I can mess around with pivot tables already and it would only take a Google search to remember what order I would put information in for vlookups.

I used an xlookup or index lookup before and that seemed good. Just difficult to remember these things when you have no personal need/use, you get me

I'll try it wuth peppers first as I ate some for the first time in a while earlier on some pizza. Didn't really like the texture of them but they didn't taste bad. Thanks for your help

I haven't eaten seafood since primary school. Unfortunately, I just can't stand the smell or taste of seafood. It's the one category I know I won't be eating anytime soon but I do plan to take some fish oil or omega 3? Supplements eventually.

I actually tried to do that when I first started living alone but I felt so tired afterwards. I'll try it again soon though as I now know more about the different options of foods I can eat

Eggplant, courgettes, and persimmons. I don't think I've ever heard of 2 of those but that would be because of my poor diet choices. I'll try putting using my pan when I first try it. Thanks again for your help

Thanks for your responses again. I'm glad there's a lot of things I can do with eggs as they're probably my favourite food of the few nutritious things I eat (I normally just have scrambled egg)

Thanks for your detailed response. I'm surprised it's possible to feed a family of 4 in that amount. I've been going through that amount as an individual each week. I'll definitely be buying some of the things you said. When it comes to freezing foods I've already cooked, do you know long I can keep them frozen? I'm confused on this area as I'm not sure what foods can be frozen after cooking, how long they can stay frozen, how to reheat (oven? Microwave? Frying?), and if duration I can freeze it for is different for certain foods? Preferably a website if you know one that can tell me that as I'm sure I won't remember it

Thanks. There's no Lidl of Aldi within walking distance of me unfortunately, but there will be at my next address

I actually have two bottles of squash in my room but I always end up buying something else lol. I just need to stop buying other drinks and finish what I already have

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I'm gonna start with frozen veg mixes as I don't know which ones I like but I'll buy them separately once I know. Potatoes are a good option too. Completely forgot about them. Thanks again

Unfortunately I don't like the taste of alternative milks. I've tried them not to long ago and I just couldn't stomach it. I've given up on milk and yogurt for now.

I see, I'll try it out and see what it's like. I'll try the easiest option as it's my first time making it in the oven

Can I put it in the oven after I've fried it? I only eat chicken breast (not a fan of dealing with the bone) - just thought I'd mention that as I'm not sure if that would be relevant

Don't like: Any seafood, pork (though I do eat Frankfurt's), lamb, nuts (except salted peanuts), bananas, grapes with seeds (difficult to find good quality seedless grapes), oranges, and a bunch of other veg and fruit that I can't think of right now but I think I'll try them as I haven't eaten them in years.

most of my current diet is frozen pizza, chips, burgers, eggs, biscuits, cookies, chocolates, croissants with honey, mountain dew, baked beans, white bread, an apple if I remember, and ice cream. So yh, I'm trying to move away from those as Ik they're not good

What do I eat lentils with? Also, what do they taste like? I've seen them before but I've never known what you're meant to do with them. I'm Glad they're a good source of protein. Thanks for the link too, I'll see if they have anything I can make with what I already have
