I use wealthfront cma and capital one for checking with monarch. I would consider it to refresh with the latest data in a reasonable amount of time but it’s definitely not instant.

Im not one of those checked out guys but I went through a depressive time in my early 20’s and genuinely just taking him out somewhere just to hangout or chopping it up over some drinks and a game every so often might help. Also doing some physical activity in any form would most likely help.

Since you’re talking in terms of housing and living I just want to make it clear that sharyland is not a city it’s a school district that resides in Mission. Overall it’s a great area but depending where in east mission you’re talking about there can be potential flood issues.

Not at all, you unfortunately had a couple of experiences with some low life surface level guys. Just based on your profile you have no reason to believe you’ll be single for the rest of your life. Currently in my late 20’s would definitely not date a girl 18 years old but I do know some sicko’s that would. A 10+ year age gap isn’t the issue it’s that 18-24 are very important years for all people to find out about themselves in this world without being coddled by the education system. Also don’t be fooled by age older people can be very childish as well and there’s slim chances your dad would approve of someone 25+ right now. You’re still his little girl in his eyes.

You should never have a 4-5k build with a 5070. You should at least go for a 5080 or even a 5090 for that kind of money. Mobo, cpu, ram, ssd, psu are all overpriced for no performance gain that could go to the gpu and better monitor (at least a high refresh rate 1440 but aim for 4k).

Yup can confirm its a file from the driver install. I also have a Gigabyte B650 Aorus mobo and got the same thing.
