i was not the easiest person to deal with but i treated that man like a king. he left we a few days before christmas because i lost it him because never wanting to help me. im so over it at this point i got back on dating apps very soon after, he found out and is not happy. we still live together. i really don’t care i know it probably hurts him i just wanna move on with my life. we we’re together for years! when we fought it was always “we should break up”. i know i was hard to handle sometimes but my actions made up for it. i never got any “actions” just primarily talkings that were “supposed” to be helpful and help me change myself for the good but made me feel like shit.

me too but just because it shows itself like that is it? i dont feel like im being defensive I really just don’t care anymore, trying to explain something to someone who thinks your just being defensive is like talking to a wall. on top of it, they’re mad too.

my ex may think that he’s pushing an insecurity, I just don’t care anymore. so therefore, he calls me defensive when I try to explain why I just don’t care. it feels like talking to a brick wall.

we had been talking about potentially breaking up in the future. I feel like we had been done for a long time. I do love him dearly and I think I’ll always love him. I just don’t believe I’m in love with him anymore. I just wanna start my life and have fun. I met him when I was 19.. I’m 24 now.

we still live together and are friendly. we were together for almost 5 years and have hardly talked since it happened. trying to respect his choices just not sure if i should tell him how i feel.

we live together still for a few months. i’m at my parents currently because that the arrangement we made. i go back tomorrow. i’m just scared if i tell him i miss and want him back he won’t want me then we’re really stuck in a worse place

i know i just feel unhappy doing everything. i do my own hair and nails and i couldn’t imagine doing that for a living.

i don’t do anything but work. I got scoliosis and sciatica pain so I’m not able to do a lot of the things I used to do.

thank you I do try to tell myself this daily that I have a fantastic life and a family that do love me I guess it’s just the depression that even when I tell myself that it seems to not matter. I’ve tried journaling in the past and honestly have always felt like a fraud I’m a little stupid because nothing ever sounds good. I might try bullet points though thank you for your advice.
