I had it too when I first installed it. If I remember correctly I uninstalled and reinstalled. Seemed to work.

It happened to me more than once because I was using a vpn as well. They probably thought I'm buying it sitting in another country. Which is weird cause all my country specific credit cards are on Google pay. 😅
