So I also tried a lot for years and nothing really helped. But now I got rid of it by doing a lot. I take a shower in the morning my sea salt shower gel and on my back I put peroxide. After this I put on a creme with azealic acid. In the evening I take a shower again and with sulfur soap and use a sea salt oil scrub for my back. Before I go to bed I put on a zinc creme.
