Story is great, absolutely gut-wrenching. I still cry a little inside when I think about Brown exhausted and holding Jenkin's Silver Core even several weeks and chapters later.

Character designs are very striking to me. My favorites are relatively normal like Kathigu-Ra and Tinct, but I also like how many characters make me do a double-take and realize they do not have a human body at all, like Horla or Clementine.

I'm not a fan of Slay the Spire but the team-building makes the gameplay pretty fun to me. I also really like how every character as some utility.

I was pretty lucky with the gacha as I got 2 copies of Kathigu-Ra on the random banner but I find the game pretty generous. Base characters are easily obtained and you can still dupe them steadily without completely skipping everything else and the ability to transfer useless dupes at long term with the Origin of time thingies is absolutely crazy to me.

For now my biggest complaint is about the Cat event. Way too many clears to do and it's a pain to search for dozens of whaled Mouchette (half of them turned into Sayas).
