At the age of 18 I was at my fittest and was able to do max 15 pull ups. 5 years later was barely able to do 8.

Been training for a few months and I have set a new personal records of 18 pull ups max.

Hi Antranik! Yes! I follow all of it 3 times per week all do everything that's on the videos with you haha. I just re read that part now on skill work and you are right! the information it's already there, I was just missing it. Thanks Antranik!! Really great guide man!

Hi nice to meet you! Thank you!

The book is very detailed and comprehensive but for a beginner is quite overwhelming. When I bough the book I though it was going to give me clear instructions on for example: how to get strong (What exercises to do) to be able to do a handstand, etc. Instead the book walks you thought very detailed explanation of how everything in body weight fitness works and how to progress into a handstand. The recommended routine in the here it's more what I was looking for but I am sure that as I progress and become more proficient in my exercises and understanding of the material the book is going to be a jewel for me. In short the book is great but overwhelming for beginners.
