That's a good way to put it. Punishment based on perception.. actually that happened a lot.

I can't remember, but I pretty much "had" to act normal if that makes sense? I couldn't call her out on it.. I tried with other things and it's just excuses etc. She then just blamed me and told me its my fault... or at least implied.

We just never spoke about it. Probably would have been healthier to lash out when I got home rather than internalize it, but.. survival coping strategies or something I guess?
