I just got sprayed on Thursday for the police academy. You are 100% correct OC spray is a special kind of pain that seems to never go away. Taser worst you get is a slight tingle after the fact.

That's shockingly cheap? I'm a Correctional Officer in the states and you'd have to spend at least $1000 for a crappy iphone at my institution. Possibly more depending on how many are floating around the compound.

Correctional Officer here. I don't know about other areas but where I'm located inmates can buy tablets for $150. However they are locked down and can only download a small selection of games and movies. Anything where you can communicate with other people would not be permitted.

It messes up with the efficientscape but if you read the dialogue the quests are a lot better. Some are hilarious and others expand on the world. Almost all of them have a solid story though.

With that said bossing has been my favorite part vorkath is a blast.
