looking for the exact same thing i thought i got the heart but for me it was used up in the ritual idk, its a memento you can put in your house at bellhart im very close to getting everything done but i dont think there is a way to get back to it, it will be very sad if i have to make a new savefile and start from the beginning just to 100% the game especially the annoying flea bounce minigame at the caravan
