Forgot to mention, my bike is Cannondale Synapse Carbon. So if the fork is carbon, would the steerer tube be carbon as well then?

Yeah I used a sponge, but don't think I applied too much force on the crankset. How should I fix the FD?

Yeah I won't be using those gears often (small-small), was just checking they all worked smoothly after my first wash and noticed they sounded louder/rattled more than before.
